On 24^th & 25^th July 2025 , SriBUILD conducted a comprehensive Capacity Building Program on “Research Writing for Insight and Impact”, aimed at strengthening research competencies among educators and scholars. The program began with Session 1: Foundations of Research Thinking, led by Dr. Monica C. Singh and Dr. Smriti, which included an engaging Q&A round focused on types of research, problem identification, and framing effective research questions. Session 2, on Literature Review & Theoretical Underpinning, was facilitated by Ms. Aman Pushp, where participants actively interacted and explored systematic reviews, gap identification, and the TCCM framework.

Day 2 featured back-to-back sessions by Dr. Priyanka Mishra, who covered

Research Design & Methodological Approaches and Scale Development in Research, providing valuable insights on sampling techniques, construct development, reliability, and validity. Dr. Abhijeet Lele took forward Session 5 with a practical preview of research tools like Excel, SPSS, and NVivo for data collection and analysis. The final session, Referencing, Citation & Avoiding Plagiarism, was once again conducted by Ms. Aman Pushp, equipping participants with essential referencing tools like Mendeley/Zotero and academic citation standards. The workshop proved to be a rich learning experience, combining theory with hands-on exposure.
