On 27th and 28th June 2025, Recognizing the critical role of Excel in today’s data-centric workplace, Sri Balaji University, Pune conducted a two-day Management Development Program (MDP) titled “Excelerating with Excel.” Designed for corporate professionals, the program focused on enhancing data analysis and dashboarding skills through hands-on Excel training.

Day 1, led by Dr. Vikas Adhegaonkar, covered essential Excel functions, data organization, and dashboard creation. Participants actively engaged in exercises using tools like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.

Day 2, facilitated by Dr. Pallavi Kudal, delved into advanced Excel features such as dynamic charts, data modeling, and automation, supported by real-world case applications.

With interactive sessions, live dashboard building, and expert guidance, the MDP empowered participants to make informed, data-driven business decisions. The program concluded with highly positive feedback and demand for future editions.
