Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP) participated in the 2nd General Body Meeting of CREDAI Maharashtra, held under the leadership of Mr. Prafulla Taware, President – CREDAI Maharashtra. The event served as a platform for discussing key issues in real estate development, policy advocacy, and collaborative opportunities within the industry.
A notable highlight of the event was the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) between Dr. Deepali Raheja, representing SBUP, and Mr. Prafulla Taware. This formalized the intent to collaborate on academic initiatives tailored to the needs of the real estate sector. The signing was witnessed by distinguished dignitaries and followed by a group photo session to commemorate the occasion.
Further adding value to the event, Dr. Amarnath Gupta was invited to deliver a presentation on CREDAI-approved academic programs. He shared how these offerings are designed to address the evolving demands of the real estate industry, which received positive attention and interest from CREDAI members.
This marks a promising beginning toward impactful industry-academia collaboration between Sri Balaji University, Pune and CREDAI Maharashtra.
